Steve works for Nike where he is the Senior Director of Talent Mobility.  Steve's team is developing Nike’s Talent Mobility strategy in support of the company’s broader Human Capital agenda. Steve’s team also manages Nike’s expatriate assignments with a fully integrated service model which includes immigration, relocation, tax, and mobility policy. Steve has 25 years experience in in a variety of HR and finance disciplines including talent planning, expatriate management, immigration, tax, total rewards, and accounting. Before joining Nike in 2016, Steve spent 19 years at Accenture in a variety of roles focused on talent mobility. Steve has also worked at Novell and at Ernst & Young.  Steve holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California and Masters degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Northeastern University, Boston.

As Littler’s global director of data analytics, Dr. Zev J. Eigen guides HR departments to strategically tap employee and applicant information when making business-critical decisions. He combines a data scientist’s mindset with a shrewd knowledge of labor and employment law in the delivery of precise and practical workplace-related counseling. A frequent speaker on machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis, Zev has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Forbes and by NBC, CBS and Fox, among others. He has taught at a number of universities, including Northwestern School of Law, Yale Law School and Kellogg School of Management.      

Tammy D. McCutchen is a senior affiliate with Resolution Economics, providing expert services in the Company’s Wage & Hour and Human Capital Strategy groups.

McCutchen became affiliated with Resolution Economics in 2021. She is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects of wage and hour law. Her experience includes regulation drafting and enforcement, conducting internal compliance audits, defending agency investigations, designing compliance applications using smart technology, and serving as a consulting and testifying expert in wage and hour class and collective actions.

Prior to joining the DOL, she served as Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor. Nominated by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the U.S. Senate, she was the country’s top enforcer of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and wage laws affecting government contractors (the Davis-Bacon Act and the Service Contract Act). She managed an annual budget of $160 million and 1,400 employees, represented by two unions, in more than 250 offices across the country. She was responsible for the issuance of opinion letters and set enforcement policy. She also was the principal architect of the 2004 revisions to the overtime exemption regulations, the most significant overhaul of the regulations in 50 years. Since leaving DOL, she has been the principal author of numerous comments on proposed changes by DOL to the FLSA regulations, including on overtime and independent contractors. She also has defended dozens of employers facing DOL investigations of FLSA, DBA, and SCA compliance.

After serving at the DOL, she practiced law with Littler Mendelson, PC and was a founding vice president and managing director of ComplianceHR. At CHR, she directed the development of the only on-demand suite of intelligent compliance applications focused on helping employers address the ever-changing federal and state employment law requirements on minimum wage, overtime, independent contracting and more. Her Navigator IC and Navigator OT apps assess the risks of classifying workers as independent contractors and employees as overtime exempt as quickly as it takes to fill out an on-line questionnaire. She remains a Strategic Advisor for the company.

Previously, she was in-house counsel for employment at the Hershey Company, practiced law at Skadden Arps, and clerked for Honorable Daniel A. Manion on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Rob Harkins leads the Willis initiative for private exchanges, which focuses on a Defined Contribution approach and emphasizes cost control through a total population health management strategy. Harkins has over 30 years of experience at medical carriers, including UnitedHealthcare, Coventry and Prudential. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales for Extend Health, the nation’s largest private exchange.

Jeff Tulloch is vice president of MetLife’s PlanSmart®, Workplace Benefits, and Business Advantage organization.  

In this role he is responsible for overseeing PlanSmart, MetLife’s financial education platform which provides education and assistance to meet the diverse financial needs of employees.  More than 170 of the Fortune 500 companies currently rely on PlanSmart to support their financial wellness efforts.

 Jeff is passionate about helping employees improve their financial wellness through education and is committed to empowering them to take action to achieve their financial goals.  He speaks at various seminars on the topic and also works with MetLife leaders globally to bring financial education to international employees of companies located in countries such as India, Japan, and Mexico. 

In addition to PlanSmart, Jeff oversees MetLife’s Business Advantage organization, leading a cross-channel initiative that provides coordinated resources and support to help MetLife firms succeed in the small business owner market. 

Through the Workplace Benefits arm of his organization, Jeff manages a team that provides voluntary benefits to companies. 

Jeff has served in a number of roles with MetLife since joining the company in 1996.  Prior to his current role, he had responsibility for MetLife’s Strategic Alliance group, focused on establishing and managing distribution relationships with associations, affinity groups, and a variety of other distribution organizations. 

Jeff and his wife, Karen, live in Ridgefield, CT, and have two college-aged sons.  When he’s not promoting financial wellness, you can find Jeff on a ski slope, racing slalom, giant slalom, and super-G in the United States Masters division.

Liz Incze is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Aetna’s absence, life and disability products and services. From new business development through product management, Liz is instrumental in reinventing Aetna’s group insurance solutions. Liz’s career spans over 30 years of employee benefit experience that includes a number of leadership positions in business strategy, product development, underwriting and operations. Liz received her BA from Boston University in applied mathematics and is a graduate of the Institute for Civic Leadership. She is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. 

 Anthony Williams leads Akamai’s global team responsible for talent acquisition. This includes all recruitment, employer branding, new employee experience, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Anthony joined Akamai in 2015, with 20 years of professional staffing experience. He has led talent acquisition programs at Newell Rubbermaid, First Data Corporation, Time Warner’s Turner Broadcasting System, and his own company, Anthony Peter Williams, LLC. At Anthony Peter Williams LLC, he provided staffing counsel to Ernst & Young Management Consulting, The Coca Cola Company, and more.

Mr. Williams received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Norfolk State University and his MBA from the University of Georgia.
