As Senior Vice President of Marketing for Beyond, Joe Weinlick is focused on guiding the company’s brand positioning and overseeing marketing strategy and execution across all markets.
       
Joe's role in defining the Beyond brand began two years before he joined the company, while he was Chief Brand Strategist for the Brownstein Group advertising agency. After leading the team that helped evolve the Beyond brand direction while at Brownstein, Joe embraced the opportunity to join Beyond in 2012 in order to drive Beyond's brand identity in a permanent role. Known for his expertise in cultivating powerful brand relationships through traditional and emerging technology, Joe plays a principal role in defining customer experience and supporting Beyond’s continued, rapid growth.
    
With more than 20 years of business and consumer marketing experience, Joe has developed strategies for major organizations including Microsoft, Comcast, IKEA, W.L. Gore, Saint-Gobain, and Siemens. Prior to joining Beyond, he served as Vice President of Unified Marketing at Godfrey Advertising, the second largest B2B agency in the United States. He also founded and managed Iliad Interactive, a full service interactive firm that was acquired by Brownstein Group. At Brownstein, he served as the Chief Brand Strategist and Senior Vice President.

Jeff began his career at Leo Burnett in Chicago where he became the youngest VP Account Director in the agency’s history, earning seven of the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Awards for superior business results.  Before joining JB Training Solutions, Jeff was the Marketing and Creative Director for the Houston Rockets and Vice President of Marketing for Four Hands Imports, which was featured on Inc’s 500 Fastest Growing Company List three times. Currently, Jeff consults on business skills, sales, and marketing for companies in multiple industries including Marriott, Phillips 66, Leo Burnett, and the Major League Baseball Network. When Jeff isn’t traveling or training, he is spearheading content development and enhancement to keep JB programs at the peak of innovation.

Morgan L. Hembree, Psy.D., MBA, BCB graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Philosophy in 2009. She knew from an early age that she wanted to study human behavior, and fell in love with the analysis and exploration of philosophy during college. She spent her summers doing Applied Behavior Analysis with children and teens on the Autism spectrum, which helped her gain confidence in her decision to pursue a graduate degree in psychology.

Morgan began her graduate studies at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University in the fall of 2009. Though her interest was initially in clinical applications of psychological theory, she very quickly fell in love with the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. During her second year of graduate school she began pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree simultaneously, and began the process of integrating her understanding of human behavior with her new knowledge of managerial strategy. In addition to her clinical rotations, Morgan completed a practicum with Organizational Development Services, where she conducted individual assessments, led workshops, and engaged undergraduate leaders in leadership development.

After completing her dissertation, “The Mindful Leader: The Interaction of Mindfulness and Attachment in Predicting Transformational Leadership Ratings,” Morgan graduated with her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Master of Business Administration degrees, as well as her Board Certification in Biofeedback, in May of 2014. She hopes to continue to expand her understanding of leadership and management strategy, as well as to explore the utilization of both Mindfulness and Biofeedback techniques in coaching.

Currently, Morgan is working as a Leadership Consultant for Integrated Leadership Systems (ILS) in Columbus, Ohio. Here she assists employees at varying levels of organizations in industries such as health care, energy, law, and construction in optimizing their leadership potential.
