Peter Frampton, assures us that he doesn't play the guitar, like his namesake, the rock musician famous for his 1976 album Frampton Comes Alive!

This Peter Frampton is the President of an education company that teaches business and financial literacy around the world using a new visual approach. He is a speaker, trainer, inventor and author. His 2010 book Accounting Comes Alive: The Color Accounting Parable is based upon the idea, which Peter will refer to today, that people are empowered in a function if they truly understand the language of that function.

Peter grew up in South Africa, qualified as an accountant in Sydney Australia, and moved to Washington DC ten years ago. He teaches at Universities such as Wharton and Harvard, organizations such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and has presented to SHRM local chapters.

Prior to joining CCL, Henry worked as a trainer and facilitator for several nationally recognized experiential training programs specializing in organizational development. Having started his career with Outward Bound, an internationally recognized human potential/personal growth organization, Henry was asked in 2002 to take on the role of Executive Director and lead one of the chartered entities through a very difficult transition. After three years of work, he returned to the consulting arena with a newfound respect for the senior executive position.

As an expert in individual, group, and organizational performance development, Henry focuses on assisting individuals to improve their impact in leadership roles and processes, developing high performance management and project teams, and working with the Senior Executive Team leading organizational change. As a process-oriented consultant and educator, Henry designs, delivers, and facilitates training programs that accent diversity, team learning, and whole- systems thinking. He focuses his practice on understanding group dynamics in teams, team leadership, and leadership excellence.

Steve brings over fifteen years of experience in the implementation of complex human resources technology solutions for global enterprise clientele. Currently, Steve is a Co-Chair, HR Technology Conference for LRP Publications.

Steve is also a leading HR blogger and hosts both “HR Happy Hour” a popular radio programs dedicated to opening the lines of communication among thought leaders, practitioners and service providers in the global human resources field. He has also been invited to speak at numerous HR and industry events like the HR Technology Conference, the HR Executive Forum, and several regional SHRM events. Steve’s blog was selected as the number one Talent Management Blog by the editors of the Fistful of Talent in February 2010.

Been there – done that!  With 30 years of HR and business experience – Lori has walked in your shoes.  A recovered HR Generalist, she built a consulting company that she sold to Arthur J Gallagher after 7 years and then reinvented her current business – HR Topics -  training, speaking and developing content for HR professionals.  Lori delivers facts, tips, tricks and best practices in a way that appeals to human resource and business leaders: with a sense of humor, a bias toward actions that improve their operations right away, and practical resources and tools to support their progress.  As an annual speaker at the National SHRM conference, she has leveraged her masters in HR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP background to elevate the position of all HR professionals!

 Evelyn R. Campos Diaz (BA, JD, SPHR, CEBS) has worked in the employment law/human resources arena for over twenty five (25) years with an emphasis on the health care, transportation and utilities industries.  As an HR innovator in health care industry, she is currently focused on organizational leadership and learning (the subject of her current MBA research) as a tool for transforming individual workforces.   Winner of the 2014 HRLA Leadership Award and a five-time winner of the AWE Workforce Excellence awards, Evelyn is passionate about incorporating human resources into the fabric of every organization as an integral first step to achieving a truly world-class work force which, in turn, supports and serves its local community. 

Barbara Henry, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.  Barbi has spent the last 25 years working in manufacturing and state/county government human resources leadership. In these environments she has used her auditing skills to assess Human Resources preparedness and objectives for organizational strategic initiatives.  Based on those results, she has written policy, designed training programs, provided extensive employment law and labor relations support to achieve objectives using measurable metrics. This is Barbi’s sixth presentation at the SHRM National Convention as a practicing HR professional.
