May Speck joined WageWorks in 2008. She served as Director of Global Human Resources of Zilog, Inc.; as Project Manager for the restructuring of North America Hallmark Cards, Inc.; and as Human Resources & Organizational Consultant responsible for the strategic alignment of people systems in Hallmark’s IT Division. She has a Senior Professional Human Resources certification and is President Elect of the Northern California Human Resources Association Board of Directors. May holds an M.S. in human resources from Loyola University, Chicago and a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Mr. Wilkinson is a much sought after facilitator, trainer and speaker, both in the U.S. and around the globe. He has completed international assignments in Bangkok, Brisbane, Glasgow, Hamburg, Hong Kong, London, Melbourne, Milan, Singapore, Sydney and Wellington. Geoffrey Dubiski has been a passionate liberator of companies’ talent management processes for over twenty years. Gaining insight with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Geoffrey became an executive compensation consultant with Towers Perrin and an operational executive with one of the largest National staffing firms directing large-scale workforce engagements. He now leads Sumner Grace - a human capital strategy and advisory firm dedicated to the advancement of client’s success through talent management.

Working with companies including GE, Cisco, Ingersoll-Rand, Monsanto as well as Discovery Communications, Vail Resorts, TYCO, NCR and Scotiabank, Geoffrey has facilitated over $1.5 billion dollars in client expenditures in the human capital markets and overseen the fulfillment of 240,000 positions.

A self-proclaimed metrics junkie, Geoffrey takes a non-conformist view of data usage and how HR, specifically recruiting, is a profit center for any organization.

Jay has more than 30 years of experience as a tax attorney specializing in employee benefits.  Prior to joining World, Jay was a Sr. VP and Senior ERISA Attorney with Lockton was previously the national practice leader for the legal and research team at WT.W

Jay served as a Peace Corps volunteer and business consultant from 1979 to 1982. 

He has an LL.M.  in taxation from New York University School of Law, J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.  Jay is the former Chair of the American Benefits Council, an adjunct professor of employee benefits in the LL.M. program at Washington University School of Law.

Multiple award-winning executive educator and author whose teaching and research interests span the globe, Dr. Mansour Javidan received his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. He is former Dean of Research at Thunderbird School of Global Management and is currently the Garvin Distinguished Professor and Founding Director of the Najafi Global Mindset Institute.

Mansour is the Past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the worldrenowned research project on executive performance and leadership, titled GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness). As the primary editor and writer of the recently published GLOBE book, he is the co-principal investigator of the GLOBE Phase 3 research program. The book was the recent winner of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s (SIOP) award competition for “The M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in The Workplace.”

McDonald, Jr. is a partner in the Irvine, California and Tampa, Florida offices of Fisher & Phillips LLP, where he is a litigator, trial lawyer and strategic advisor to employers regarding labor and employment law matters.  He is author of the SHRM-published book, California Employment Law: An Employer’s Guide, and he is a frequent speaker on employment law issues.  He is a cum laude law graduate of Georgetown University and a member of the California and Florida Bars, and he holds the SHRM-SCP certification.

 

 

Alice Kilborn, JD PHR, is an Associate Attorney at Moody & Warner, P.C., where her practice is  devoted to employment and labor law including advice and litigation in the areas of labor relations, wage and hour issues, class actions, discrimination, harassment, EEOC charges, wrongful termination, employment agreements, and other employment-related matters.  Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Kilborn worked in Human Resources specializing in the areas of state and federal regulatory compliance and corporate training.  She has served as the State Legislative Director for the Society for Human Resource Management of New Mexico (SHRM NM) since 2009 and is a frequent, enthusiastic speaker regarding legislative activity affecting the workplace.
