Peter Frampton is a financial literacy advocate. He is president of Color Accounting international, which teaches finance to non-financial people using a breakthrough graphical system.  

What lights Peter up is showing people that it’s fun and easy. He makes money matters come alive and wants you to exclaim “I can!”

Peter qualified at KPMG and is on the adjunct faculty at American University. His clients include Wall St banks, top law firms, through micro-businesses in Africa.  

He lives in Switzerland and spends too much time on planes. He was recognized for founding South Africa’s most successful technology incubator in that country of his birth. 

Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad presents for major organizations including Eli Lilly, Securitas, Top Tier Capital Partners, and Saint Laurent. When he’s not enjoying a robust buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.

Lisa Sterling serves as the Director of Global Talent Management and is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the strategies of Ultimate Software's Talent Management solutions. She is extremely passionate about talent and understanding how people interact collectively to identify ways for working effectively for personal and organizational success. Lisa has over 14 years of experience in people, process, and software design and execution.

Dr. Nate Regier is a Missionary kid, therapist, researcher, consultant, facilitator, trainer — Dr. Regier brings it all together to connect with clients on a profound level. He has an uncanny ability to help people uncover new perspectives and new strategies to enhance their professional relationships. Enthusiastic and always optimistic, Dr. Regier is equally comfortable coaching CEOs in one-on-one sessions, instructing a classroom, or delivering keynote presentations to an organization-wide auditorium.

He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas, and is also a Master Certifying Trainer for the Process Communication Model (PCM®), certified in clinical, educational, spiritual, and corporate applications; and co-developer of the NEOS Efficacy Outcomes System. Dr. Regier has presented nationally and internationally, and published on a variety of topics, including social-emotional intelligence, workplace wellness, leadership, mind-body-spirit integration, and communication.

Charu Avasthy is a leading Human Resource Consultant for Berkshire Associates Inc. With over ten years in the industry and as an expert in compliance regulations, Charu provides customized solutions to a national base of clients across a broad span of industries. With in-depth knowledge of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Charu helps clients with the design, development, and implementation of affirmative action programs. She also provides clients with leading salary equity analyses, audit support, outreach, training, and government regulation assistance. As a talented speaker, Charu is passionate about educating fellow professionals, which is why she regularly conducts training courses on the latest HR trends and updates. Charu has also spoken at industry meetings and events throughout the country including the FL chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and local Industry Liaison Groups (ILG). Before working at Berkshire, Charu has been an HR Generalist in the Telecommunications, Research and IT industries. Charu holds a Masters of Business Administration and has maintained her Professional in Human Resources designation since 2006.

Emily King, Vice President of Military Transitions, is a nationally recognized expert on the transition from military service to civilian employment. She has worked extensively with organizations that hire and want to retain veterans, as well as with veterans directly. Emily’s business-focused approach emphasizes the role of the civilian hiring organization in making veterans successful, and has directly contributed to the retention of veterans. Emily brings a unique ability to translate between cultures so that military personnel and civilians benefit from their association with one another.

Crystal Miller is a Founder & Strategist with Branded Strategies.

Having built successful Talent Marketing/Attraction, Community, Social Media/Digital strategies for over 50 companies since 2005 with over a repeat clientele rate of over 80%; she has built a reputation as an established, progressive advocate in the areas of social media, recruitment and HR marketing.

Marc Ramos is the Vice President of Marketing of the Workforce Planning and Analytics division of Peoplefluent. His 11+ year commitment to the business has put Marc in several capacities. Through strategic alliances, managing channels, and directing the division’s marketing efforts, Marc is further enhancing the division’s reputation as a thought leader and innovator in workforce planning and analytics.  

Marc is also recognized in the Human Resource Management space. For the past few years, Marc has served as Vendor Relations Chair on the Oracle HCM Users Group Board. He is also a seasoned speaker who presents at numerous industry events, as well as other HR User Group conferences throughout North America.  

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and has earned his MBA at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
