Stories and storytelling continue to be an integral part of her personal and professional life, as necessary to her as air, a way to build empathy and gain a deeper understanding of self and others.

Over the past two decades, Dr. Laural Logan-Fain has worked in both corporate and educational environments. Her role with the San Antonio Spurs has allowed her to leverage her love of teaching with her love of leadership and coaching. In 2014, she launched the San Antonio Spurs’ corporate university, which evolved into a community-serving and revenue-based program. In her current role she works alongside leaders as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with people solutions.
