Kevin England, Ph.D. is a consultant, coach, facilitator, and educator in Human Resource Management (HRM), with focus areas in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), talent development, employee engagement, people analytics, and organizational culture. His career has included internal HRM roles, individual coaching, organizational consulting, teaching at the university level, and higher education administration.

Today Kevin helps individuals, teams, and organizations leverage their strengths in the workplace to realize their infinite human potential.

Dr. England holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, along with SHRM Specialty credentials in Inclusive Workplace Culture, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Investigations, and Total Rewards.

Ben Greene is a transgender advocate and educator who has spoken internationally on topics surrounding transgender inclusion. After coming out at 15 in a small town, Ben has devoted his career to spreading empathy, education, and storytelling around the trans experience, and has spoken for companies, hospitals, schools, religious organizations, and government entities sharing what it means to be transgender and how to show up as an ally. He is a fierce advocate for transgender youth, regularly speaking in their defense at the Missouri State Capitol, and is the author of the book "My Child is Trans, Now What? A Joy Centered Approach to Support". He is passionate about educating others from a place of compassion—no matter where they’re starting from.

Heather Hansen, former trial attorney, and seasoned business advisor, merges two decades of courtroom experience with her expertise in psychology and dispute resolution to empower global audiences. Doug Stuke, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is the founder of Transform Performance Partners, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to transforming human potential into performance through coaching, training, and HR strategy solutions. His mission is to develop the next generation of HR and business leaders, believing the world needs them now more than ever.

Doug's passion lies in integrating people and business strategies to drive mutual success. Jessica (she/her) is the Director of Educational Equity at the Center for Equity and Inclusion in Portland, Oregon. She's been an educator, facilitator and creative leader for more than a decade. Jessica's expertise lies at the intersection of strategic leadership, curriculum design, engaging facilitation, and developing organizational culture. With a track record in facilitating equity-focused training and guiding organizations through transformational journeys, she brings a strategic lens as well as a holistic approach to development and learning. Her dynamic leadership and service in school districts and consulting firms underscore her ability to drive impactful change in diverse settings.

Eden-Reneé Hayes (aka Dr. E) is a DEI strategist and executive coach with 15 years of experience driving genuine inclusion and addressing DEI challenges. As CEO of Pluralism Solutions, she guides organizations to enhance equity in hiring, boost retention, and tackle unconscious bias that hinders business success. Dr. E is a respected expert on bias, intersectionality, and cultural competency, with research showcased at major conferences and published in key academic outlets. Committed to community impact, she mentors emerging leaders and serves on nonprofit boards. Dr. E holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. from Tulane University.

Leah is an internal Inclusion and Belonging consultant and has held several roles in HR and Talent Management.  She has a personal mission to coach others to reach their highest potential, bring their best selves to the workplace and help leaders develop the capabilities of their teams. 

Her background has spanned several industries and both large and small companies. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Texas A&M University and a post-Graduate certification from Georgetown University. 

Outside of work, Leah actively volunteers, is an avid runner and enjoys time with family.
