With nearly ten years of experience within the HR and Staffing industry, Nathan still looks to challenge himself and learn from others every chance he gets. Prior to entering the private sector, Nathan worked for the Fire Department in Southern California for ten years. Nathan’s experience in public service is evident in his passion to deliver Indeed’s mission to “Help People Get Jobs.”

Heidi Laki is a product leader with a decade of experience with AI and its application across industries. She's passionate and committed to guiding and creating human-centered AI technologies and applications. At Indeed, Heidi focuses on using AI to improve recruiter efficacy with personalized messages, matching algorithms, and enhanced candidate evaluation.

Brian Peckrill is executive director of the William G. McGowan Charitable Fund, leading all operations of the Fund. He previously served as the fellows program director, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of this forward-thinking, ethics-focused experience for top MBA students, as well as fostering an active and engaged alumni community of young business leaders as they embark on and manage their careers.

Prior to joining the McGowan Fund, Brian served as vice president of WorldChicago, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization focused on engaging the world in person-to-person exchange-based, capacity building projects. There he gained extensive experience developing leadership programming programs across the globe, from Chicago to Ukraine, North Macedonia, and Japan.

He has a bachelor’s degree in English from Wheaton College, as well as an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

Sharon Newport is an organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker, and executive coach with clients in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors across the globe. Sharon also serves as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University's Institute of Transformational Leadership. Sharon spent over a decade as an association and nonprofit executive, successfully leading wide-scale strategic, operational, and cultural change, and her early career, she was a documentary television/film producer and actor. Sharon has earned the Certified Association Executive designation from American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), a certification in the Key Polarity Indicator™, a credential in the Foundations of Somatic Abolitionism, a certificate in the Neuroscience of Change, an Executive Certificate from Georgetown University in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership, and her B.F.A. from the State University of New York, Purchase College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Virginia "Ginny" Clarke is a world-renowned conscious leadership expert, sought-after speaker, author, instructor and advisor who helps individuals and organizations based on conscious choices and personal accountability. 

She has over 30 years of experience in executive recruiting, talent management and commercial real estate. She has held leadership roles at Google and Spencer Stuart where she recruited senior leaders across sectors and functions, and specialized in diversity and internal mobility.

Ginny's focus on personal accountability and self-awareness empowers people to become radically accountable, creating a space for healthy, authentic leadership that inspires and transforms individuals and organizations.

Ginny is the author of Career Mapping: Charting Your Course in the New World of Work and hosts the Fifth Dimensional Leadership podcast. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in French and Linguistics from the University of California at Davis. Ginny is the single mother of an adult son, Julian, who works in the entertainment industry.

Diane is PwC’s US HR Transformation Leader, helping organizations modernize their HR function to support changing business and workforce needs and expectations. With tenacious curiosity, Diane welcomes the opportunity to explore the art of the possible with organizations to shape HR’s contributions to culture, careers, collaboration, and community. Working across multiple industry segments, she is passionate about helping organizations rethink and reimage HR’s role through new services and modern technologies, inspiring new ways to engage and deliver services to leaders, managers, and employees.      

With over 30 years of consulting, Diane has been a speaker at numerous conferences and internal corporate leadership events. Prior to her role as PwC’s US HR Transformation Leader, Diane was the PwC Global Workday Leader, growing the business organically from inception and driving PwC’s Global professional services business in delivering Workday services. She was also the Diversity & Inclusion Leader for our Industrial Products and Services market segment.      

A math and computer sciences graduate of the University of Texas - Arlington, Diane is a past board member of the YWCA, Dallas helping low-income women achieve stability and higher levels of self-sufficiency. She is also a volleyball and tennis mother, supporting her family’s multiple interests. Diane married a Texas native and now lives in Dallas with her husband, Robert, and son.

JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.

Alex Murzaku leads the Genius Institute’s Research and Development team at Gap International. His ideas have been implemented in various consulting practices and digital products as well as data analysis and the adaptation towards a world expanded by artificial intelligence. 

After his doctorate at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, Italy, Alex worked in leadership positions at several startups—in the areas of information retrieval, machine translation, and knowledge discovery. Following a decade in industry, he returned to academia as a university professor of both Linguistics and Data Science.

Since joining Gap International in 2014, Alex’s research has focused on the role of language in mindset transformation and in the creation of mental tools that allow performance to reach breakthrough, genius levels.
