Tim Sackett, SCP, is the CEO of HRUTech.com, a leading technical recruiting firm. Tim has over 20 years of combined executive HR and talent acquisition experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Dr. David S Cohen, Ed. D. has a vision: organizations that thrive by living their values in good times and especially VUCA times. David's first career was in elementary and high school education, where he built a reputation for building school communities based on purpose and social responsibility. Thirty-three years ago, David transitioned to corporate consulting. As a consultant, David earned a reputation as a contrarian consultant because he does not always follow what is popular in his chosen field. David works with leaders helping them understand what is and what is not necessary to build an active and positive organization. He helps leaders' step into life's challenges, inspiring them to create a sustained approach through a values-based focus, resulting in better business results. David has had the privilege of partnering with firms across five continents and all business sectors. Additionally, he has worked with governments, from the local to the federal levels, and not-for-profits.

He has taught at Queens University School of Labour Relations and the executive education program at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Currently, he teaches organizational development at Durham College. David earned his doctorate from Boston University in Humanistic and Behavioural Studies. During that time, he also completed independent studies at the Harvard School of Education, where he was a teaching assistant.

David is a keynote speaker, educator, disruptor, facilitator, team builder, and executive coach. He has authored two books and numerous articles in professional journals.

When David is not travelling, he is hanging out with his five grandchildren, when possible, attending Toronto Raptor's games, or relaxing with family and friends.

Michael Pilnick is a results-focused Global HR Executive with extensive experience driving enterprise value in complex organizations. With a background spanning Fortune 500 companies, private equity-owned startups, IPOs, and leading consultancies, he excels in strategic business transformation. As Chief HR Officer at First Advantage since 2013, he oversees global HR operations, fostering growth and innovation. Michael also chairs the ESG Committee and spearheads the company's Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, Harcourt Education, Columbia House, and Accenture. Michael holds a B.S. in Education and Anthropology and an M.S. in HR Management.

Derek Jones is currently the Vice President of Product Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions’ Insights division. He is responsible for delivering products that leverage a spectrum of criminal justice data to provide solutions to help our portfolio of customers, spanning victims of crime, state and federal agencies, and background screeners and employers. Derek has over a decade of leadership experience in business development, account management and product management in the software tech industry.

Derek received his M.B.A in Entrepreneurship and undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Louisville. Derek works in Louisville, KY where he lives with his wife and six children.

As a business, product, and technology leader, Delphine Carter uses transformational change and agile practices to solve complex business challenges. She is the founder and CEO of Boulo, an innovative recruitment platform that matches experienced female candidates, who also happen to be mothers or caregivers, with progressive companies. Delphine is on the Board of Storytellers Live, Vestavia Lacrosse Organization, and is a Women’s Foundation Fellow. Eric Knott is a professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he teaches undergraduates and MBAs general management, leadership, human resources, and consulting.  He is the past president of the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Phoenix and past chairman of the board for the Arizona Small Business Association.  He has over 20 years of HR leadership experience prior to teaching, owns the consulting firm FinePoint HR, and has won awards for his teaching and his impact in the state's business community.

As a DEI practitioner and organizational consultant, Judy leads strategic culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion transformations to build organizations where all employees thrive. For over 20 years, she has designed and delivered solutions for corporate, nonprofit and educational clients.

Judy leads the global DEI consulting practice of AMS (Alexander Mann Solutions), a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions firm. She has designed diagnostic tools of end-to-end recruitment processes to foster inclusivity that she’s delivered for organizations including Barclays and Bristol Myers Squibb. She’s also developed DEI strategy, communication plans, career development frameworks and global training initiatives on Inclusive Leadership, Conscious Inclusion in Hiring, and Unconscious Bias for companies including Delta Airlines and MUFG. Prior to joining AMS, Judy led a certified Woman- and Minority-owned DEI consulting firm, Think People.

She has a B.S. in Management & Organizations from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business.
