Mario Bordogna is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice at the law firm of Bowles Rice, LLP working with employers nationwide on the front end to keep them in legal compliance with labor and employment laws and on the back end if they need a strong and experienced litigation advocate.  For 25 years, Mario has represented employers in sectors like health care, education, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, and others in the areas of HR/employment counseling, employment litigation, wage and hour, harassment, trade secret and non-competition matters, labor-management relations, accommodation, policy development and investigations, and much more.

Troy Vincent is the Founder and CEO of Navigate Wellbeing Solutions. For nearly 20 years, he has been leading the wonderful "Do Gooders" at Navigate, a purpose-driven healthcare technology and employee engagement company that serves nearly 2 million people worldwide. 

Troy's expertise in the employee engagement and wellbeing industry, combined with nearly two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, benefits strategy, carrier relations, operations, and talent development, has enabled Navigate to become one of the Top 5 leading providers of health and wellbeing solutions.

Troy was named a finalist for Entrepreneur Of The Year® by Ernst & Young in 2020. Troy graduated with a BA in Business from Central College and completed additional studies in Executive Management at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College. Troy also recently led the strategic private equity investment for Navigate by McCarthy Capital. 

Outside of Navigate, Troy devotes his time to his wife Kayrin, their daughter Caroline, local boards, and charities including Blank Children's Hospital, Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics, and the Wounded Warrior Foundation. 

Tina Strandell, Vice President of Product Management, has been with Fidelity Investments for 5 years, establishing strong data integration and partnerships between HR/Payroll providers and Fidelity’s employer benefits offerings. Over the past decade, she has successfully led teams in both service and product, supporting HR/Payroll systems. 

With a diverse professional background spanning over 20 years, here her career journey began as a 4th grade teacher before transitioning to work for the United States Air Force. Today, Tina’s passion is to simplify processes, and specialize in finding innovative solutions to reduce client administrative burden when managing data between HR/Payroll systems and Fidelity products. Tina’s vision is to enhance employer and employee experiences by enabling real-time data sharing. 

Kahina is a firm believer in collective intelligence, and in the power of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.

After graduating from law school, Kahina first immersed herself in the world of international law and dedicated herself to tackling global issues. For many years, she led initiatives focused on international law, working in four languages across many different continents.

Driven by the desire to ignite collective action, she progressively – and then passionately – focused her work on organizations and the people behind them.

Through her role as Chief People Officer, Kahina continues to be driven by her ambition to make the world a better place, one organization at a time. She genuinely believes that great things can only be achieved through the development and strengthening of diverse, inclusive, passionate and high-performing teams. Much like Workleap, the company where she has worked for over 7 years, she is also convinced that people are the driving force behind organizations, and that great leaders know how to maintain elevated standards when it comes to both humanity and high performance.

Kahina is a lawyer by training and was a member of the Québec Bar from 2008 to 2022, having obtained both her law degree (LL.B.) and a Masters in International Law (LL.M.). She also studied international relations at the Universidad de Cádiz in Spain. Before joining Workleap, Kahina held strategic consulting and international law management leadership positions at organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Lawyers Without Borders and PwC.

Darla Shaw, CEO of Talent Masters, has a distinguished 25-year HR career spanning small startups to Fortune 500 companies. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Masters in Employment Law, she holds advanced certifications in HR, Executive Coaching & Project Management. Darla's unique blend of humor, strategy, psychology, and legal knowledge has made her a pivotal figure in creating inclusive, effective work environments across diverse organizational landscapes.

Erin Casey is the Senior Vice President of Platform Partnerships. In this role, she is accountable for the third-party technology strategy for both Unum and Colonial Life brands specifically focused on driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through market leading solutions such as HR Connect and Gathr. Prior to joining Unum in 2022, Erin spent 20 years at Guardian Insurance in a variety of leadership roles and most recently led their strategic partnership team, accelerating their market connectivity with benefits technology firms.

As Bonusly's Chief Customer Officer, Debra combines her passion for an exceptional customer experience with her drive to empower companies to connect, motivate, and engage their employees to build winning workplaces. Prior to Bonusly, Debra was the VP of CS at Beamery and the Chief Client Officer at Namely, to name a few. She has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Human Resources ranging from in-house HR leadership to HR Consulting, Outsourcing, Client Services, and Customer Success working directly with HR teams across a variety of industries. She currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and two dogs.
