Kevin England, Ph.D. is a consultant, coach, facilitator, and educator in Human Resource Management (HRM), with focus areas in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), talent development, employee engagement, people analytics, and organizational culture. His career has included internal HRM roles, individual coaching, organizational consulting, teaching at the university level, and higher education administration.

Today Kevin helps individuals, teams, and organizations leverage their strengths in the workplace to realize their infinite human potential.

Dr. England holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, along with SHRM Specialty credentials in Inclusive Workplace Culture, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Investigations, and Total Rewards.

Shelly is a CHRP, MBA, CPA, and certified psychological H&S advisor with executive-level experience.  Shelly leverages her professional expertise and life experience, combined with her passion as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant to have a positive and meaningful impact on organizations and their people so that they can thrive.

Shelly co-founded Navigation Consulting & Training, to support and promote healthy work environments as a business imperative for organizational success through strategic HR consulting, training and development, and workplace harassment investigations.  Away from work Shelly enjoys sailing, squash, and random acts of kindness.

Brian J. Fitzpatrick, SHRM-SCP, founded Seriema Consulting, an advisory firm helping institutions achieve organizational transformation through change management, people analyics, and strategic planning. He consults with C-suite executives in aligning talent management objectives and processes to business outcomes. Specific to the work of inclusion, Brian designed and launched a DE&I function encompassing ERGs, mentorship, and community outreach. He has also worked internationally in business development and internal consulting roles.

Brian earned his BA from New York University and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He resides in St Petersburg, Florida, where he serves as VP of Membership for SHRM’s affiliate chapter in Pinellas Count, SuncoastHR.

Bernadette Jones is a trailblazing HR leader with over 20 years of experience crafting "Culture-First" solutions across diverse organizations. As Human Resource Committee Chair at Richmond Art Center and Professional Development Chair for SHRM Northern California, she champions intentional inclusion and culture-first practices. Bernadette's innovative "Respect in the Workplace Starts With Me®" workshop series addresses crucial compliance and cultural issues. With SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, she brings deep HR expertise to her roles. Bernadette's leadership in Visionova's participation in SHRM's National HR Registered Apprenticeship Program demonstrates her commitment to nurturing HR talent and enhancing workplace environments. Her work connects over 27,000 HR professionals across 16 SHRM chapters in Northern California.

Kylie van Luyn is the Founder of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. She is an international speaker, author and award-winning human rights consultant. Kylie has over 15 years of experience as a workforce development and workplace psychological safety and well-being specialist. Kylie works globally to help organizations create environments where all employees can thrive. She is passionate about assisting organisations to create inclusive environments that prioritize their workforce's mental and emotional well-being. Kylie is a Harvard Business School graduate, an accredited psychotherapist, an emotional intelligence coach, and an NLP Master Practitioner.

Chris Motley is the Founder & CEO of Mentor Spaces, a mentorship technology platform designed to facilitate skills-based mentorship opportunities. This platform assists companies in engaging employees and helps underrepresented students secure internships and jobs. Mentor Spaces boasts a clientele that includes companies such as T-Mobile, American Family Insurance, and UBS, along with national nonprofits such as INROADS and the National Society of Black Engineers.

Before establishing Mentor Spaces, Chris was an Executive Vice President at 1888 Mills, a global textile manufacturer. In this role, he led the company's expansion into Ghana, Africa, and was instrumental in building its Apparel Division. Chris began his professional journey at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a trader dealing with Commodities and Interest Rate Products.

Chris holds a B.A. in History from Columbia University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management.

Deidre Gestrin has made it her mission to help hundreds of professionals conquer burnout, reignite their passion, and renew their purpose. Her master’s degree in counseling psychology, plus 14 years specializing in stress and trauma treatment, has given her the knowledge and expertise to help others alleviate chronic stress and recover from burnout.

Throughout her career, she has been privileged to hold executive leadership positions, which yielded opportunities emphasizing the importance of work-life balance. She gained expertise and knowledge in supporting and effectively moving companies forward in their vision and mission while supporting employee needs and wellness.

Louis Chesney is the Program Manager of Neurodiversity for RethinkCare, overseeing the day-to-day operations and expansion of RethinkCare’s neurodiversity course content and consultation approach. Before joining RethinkCare, Louis championed and led a hiring program for autistic adults at a global technology company. He continually aims to make a positive impact on those who are underserved. As an individual who experienced selective mutism first-hand, Louis inspires and actively contributes to the current work. He co-authored “ECHO: A Vocal Language Program for Easing Anxiety in Conversation,” a Plural Publishing book designed to help older children and teens needing social communication support.

Cristina Jimenez is a senior partner and global head of RHR Culture of Belonging, playing a key role in the firm’s cultural transformation. She advises C-suite leaders on scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, and fostering innovative cultures. Cristina is skilled at guiding leaders through complex political and business challenges, focusing on purpose and belonging as drivers of success. With a background in talent management, she partnered with executives to create purpose-driven cultures and minimize workplace toxicity. Cristina holds a bachelor's in psychology from Northeastern University and dual master's degrees in sociology and business research from Stanford University and Business School.
