Erica started her career designing and facilitating training for social impact organizations. She quickly realized her calling: arming organizations with the capability needed to evolve. Since joining SHRM four years ago, Erica has held three roles. She began her career at SHRM in Research, then moved onto the founding SHRMLabs team. SHRMLabs explores the intersection of work and technology. Now, Erica oversees the enterprise client experience as the Manager of Solution Architecture.

Erica holds a master’s degree in industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a focus in instructional systems design. She earned her SHRM-SCP and consistently speaks on behalf of SHRM on workplace tech, the future of work, DEIB, and upskilling. Outside of work, you can find Erica tending to her indoor and outdoor garden, and giving her cat, Suki, more attention than she wants.    

Hannah Wilken is a Regional Director of People Science at Culture Amp. She leads a team of People Scientists who enable organizations to evolve their employee feedback strategy and approach to measuring and developing employee performance by deploying technology and modern psychology. Leveraging her experience in consulting and research, Hannah provides advanced consultative services to organizations, guiding them in their change management efforts and enabling them to make best practice and evidence-informed people and culture decisions.

Prior to Culture Amp, Hannah led the organizational culture and leadership assessment practice of a boutique consulting firm and collaborated on research projects with Columbia University Medical School, the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit, and the University of Bremen. She achieved her BSc in Psychology at Osnabrück University (Germany) and her MA in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Sara Taylor, President and Founder of deepSEE Consulting, has 35 years of extensive experience, nationally recognized as in the practice of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion serving local, national and global clients. While her areas of specialty are in both Diversity and Leadership Development, Sara has become a thought leader particularly in the field of Cultural Competence. Her bestselling book, Filter Shift: How Effective People SEE the World, is used by numerous individuals and organizations to increase success and create greater effectiveness. Sara holds a Master's degree in Diversity and Organizational Development and, prior to founding deepSEE, held positions such as Chief Diversity Officer and Leadership and Diversity Specialist.

Jessica Looman was confirmed as the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) on October 25, 2023. WHD enforces worker protections and provides outreach and education about federal labor laws including minimum wage, overtime, child labor, and family and medical leave. 

Before joining WHD, Jessica served as the Executive Director of the Minnesota State Building and Construction Trades Council, where she advocated to expand construction career pathways, protected the physical and financial health of union construction workers, and increased private and public investment in construction infrastructure. 

Before joining the Building Trades, Governor Mark Dayton appointed Jessica to serve as Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Commerce. She also served as the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry where she oversaw the strategic coordination of DLI’s five divisions. She has previously served as the General Counsel of the Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota.

Jessica is a graduate of George Washington University and the University of Minnesota Law School. She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband and two sons. 

Sona Khosla is Benevity's Chief Impact Officer. At the helm of Benevity Impact Labs, an incubator and resource hub, Sona and her team bring cutting-edge data, research, insights and best practices to help organizations and individuals maximize their impact and live their purpose. She is responsible for infusing impact into Benevity’s business and culture and overseeing the company’s own inclusion and impact initiatives.

As the host of Benevity’s podcast, Speaking of Purpose, Sona is a frequent guest on shows and in the media discussing topics such as authentic employee engagement and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Meg Delp is the Director of Workplace Mental Health with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in Organizational Psychology. As the Director of Workplace Mental Health at NAMI, she partners with organizations of all sizes and spearheads initiatives to promote mental health awareness and support in professional settings. Meg is dedicated to destigmatizing mental illness and creating mentally healthy workplaces at the individual and organizational levels.

Katie Oertli Mooney, Managing Director at Seramount, is an accomplished DEI leader and thought partner with expertise in driving strategy, planning, and programs. Before joining Seramount, she served as Vice President of Jennifer Brown Consulting. There, Katie was responsible for the firm’s successful consulting project delivery to clients including the Fortune 1000, government agencies, startups, and nonprofits.Prior to that, she managed the DEI enterprise learning and development strategy at Capital One to support historically underrepresented talent and communities of color.Katie has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration on Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University. She is based in Seattle, WA.

Michael Bach is a nationally and internationally recognized thought leader and subject matter expert in the fields of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA). He has worked globally in the IDEA field, including as the Deputy Chief Diversity Officer for KPMG International. He is the founder of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), CCDI Consulting and Pride at Work Canada.

He is the author of the best-selling and award-winning books Birds of All Feathers: Doing Diversity and Inclusion Right and Alphabet Soup: The Essential Guide to LGBTQ2+ Inclusion at Work.

Dr. Katie Brown has spent nearly three decades leveraging the science behind high-impact language instruction to create scalable, sustainable English learning solutions for immigrants, refugees, and speakers of other languages. As founder and chief education officer of EnGen, a Certified B Corporation, she is pioneering a personalized, career-aligned, mobile-first approach to English upskilling and is engaging cross-sector partners – Fortune 500 companies, regional employers, higher education institutions, apprenticeship programs, and government institutions – to advance economic mobility, workforce inclusion, and talent pipeline development across the U.S.  An expert in adult learning, education technology, and instructional design, Katie has crafted numerous award-winning language courses and authored multiple technology patents to deliver empowering, effective language training to millions of learners. Katie holds a PhD in second language acquisition from the University of Maryland, and is a frequent speaker, author, and panel moderator.

Valerie Wasielewksi is the Director of the People Team at the New York production facility of Chobani, located in New Berlin, NY.   She has spent the last 30 years in the field of Human Resources with the majority of her time spent in manufacturing industries.  Valerie started with Chobani during the early years of 2011. 

The People Team at Chobani is dedicated to partnering with business units to maximize the potential of our greatest asset – our employees.  She is focused on partnering with business units and committed to recruit, develop, reward and retain Chobani’s global workforce of over 1,000 employees. 

Kevin M. Coleman is the Founder of KMC Empowerment, LLC where he provides executive coaching, empowering speeches, and professional development training to make individuals and organizations successful.  This is done through inspiring leaders to define clear vision, mission, and value systems that leads to exponential personal, professional, and business growth.  Kevin has vast experience in leading training for Entrepreneurs, Executives, Division Chiefs, Branch Chiefs, Mid-Level Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads for over 35 years.  Kevin has demonstrated experience speaking for all audiences from three (4) to three thousand (4,000).  In addition, Kevin is a United States Army disabled veteran.
