He is a social impact executive who has spent his career driving systemic change in the world of work. Chandra Cody is the Human Resource Director for Volunteers of America Northern Rockies an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential.  Volunteers of America Northern Rockies serves individuals across the state of Wyoming, Montana and Western South Dakota with a staff of over 400 dedicated to the mission.  In her seven years with the organization, she has been an integral champion of developing a company culture from the ground up.  Her efforts lead to her receiving an Outstanding Leadership Award.

Chandra has over 15 years of leadership experience in a variety of fields to include healthcare, education, and social services. She has a Bachelors in Biochemistry with a Master of Education in Curriculum Design and Assessments. Her true passion is helping grow and develop leaders based on a servant leadership model. Chandra has been a participant in the SHRM pilot program for employers to develop strategies for increasing the use of skilled credentials in upskilling. As an educator this project is a passion for her to help front line staff identify alternative options for gaining the skills they need to advance in their careers in different programs throughout the organization.
