John Quill is the Member and Chair of Mintz’ Immigration practice. John’s practice encompasses all aspects of immigration and nationality law. John draws on over two decades of experience to help companies and their employees obtain nonimmigrant visas, including B, E, H, J, L, O, and TN visas. He also handles applications for PERM labor certification; extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national interest waiver petitions; adjustment of status procedures; consular processing; and naturalization. John has distinguished himself in the use of legal operations and technology to streamline practices and develop innovative solutions to challenging legal and case production issues. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including biotechnology, FinTech, hospitals & health systems, insurance, financial services, retailers, education, consulting, and staffing services.

Julia is a Partner at Fragomen specialising in Global Government Strategies and Compliance. She supports clients worldwide with immigration best practices, global mobility strategies and crisis management.

Julia works closely with governments and business on Brexit and provided expert evidence to the European Parliament. She has represented business at the UK Prime Minister’s immigration stock take meeting and acted as an advisor to the Home Office. Julia sits on SHRM’s Immigration Specialty Panel, the board of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Mayor of London’s Brexit Advisory Group and the Home Office EU Immigration Employer’s Group.

Before joining Fragomen, Julia was a Partner and Head of Global Immigration at PwC leading complex multi-jurisdictional client engagements.

Mr. Brailer joined Johns Hopkins University in April 2013 as Assistant Provost for International Student and Scholar Services.  Now an Associate Vice Provost, Jim has led a transformation in the way JHU supports its growing international populations and serves sponsoring university departments through a reorganization and consolidation of the five offices that were serving international clientele, and has undertaken a comprehensive review of all international services policies and procedures. He also works with government relations staff to ensure policymakers at all levels appreciate the impact of immigration regulations on JHU.  Jim was Executive Director of the Center for Global Education Services at Arizona State from 2010-13.  He began his career at Ohio State in 1991 and has worked in international education for nearly three decades, presenting numerous sessions and workshops at national and regional professional conferences.  He is a current member of the SHRM Specialty Immigration Panel.  He has a BS in Business Administration from Ohio State and a JD from Capital University Law School.

Author, and international presenter…Dennis A. Davis, Ph.D. is the National Director of Client training for Ogletree Deakins. Dr. Davis has a Ph.D. in psychology and uses his insight into human motivation to help employers manage workplace behaviors and

Dr. David S Cohen, Ed. D. has a vision: organizations that thrive by living their values in good times and especially VUCA times. David's first career was in elementary and high school education, where he built a reputation for building school communities based on purpose and social responsibility. Thirty-three years ago, David transitioned to corporate consulting. As a consultant, David earned a reputation as a contrarian consultant because he does not always follow what is popular in his chosen field. David works with leaders helping them understand what is and what is not necessary to build an active and positive organization. He helps leaders' step into life's challenges, inspiring them to create a sustained approach through a values-based focus, resulting in better business results. David has had the privilege of partnering with firms across five continents and all business sectors. During that time, he also completed independent studies at the Harvard School of Education, where he was a teaching assistant.

When David is not travelling, he is hanging out with his five grandchildren, when possible, attending Toronto Raptor's games, or relaxing with family and friends.

Dr. Rashmi Prasad serves as Academic Vice-President for the College of Business at Western Governors University.  His duties include setting the vision and managing the portfolio for one of the largest business schools in the country, currently enrolling approximately 42,000 students nationwide and graduating over 10,000 students in the most recent year. Under Dr. Prasad’s leadership, the College of Business attained initial accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs and strives to become an ‘engine of prosperity’, building on the strength of competency-based education to help empower individuals, businesses and communities across the United States.

Prior to coming to WGU, Dr. Prasad served as Dean of the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage.  UAA and CBPP were renowned for extensive community engagement and received a Carnegie classification for community engagement.  He led the College of Business and Public Policy through its maintenance of accreditation with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Dr. Prasad served key public institutions and business associations in the state of Alaska, including providing support to the Governor’s Housing Summit, expert testimony to the Alaska Legislature, serving as an advisor to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, and serving as a board member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to becoming Dean, Dr. Prasad was a faculty member at the University of Alaska Anchorage for the eleven years and currently holds the rank of Professor of Business Administration.   Prasad completed his baccalaureate and master’s degrees at the University of Michigan and University of Illinois, respectively, before completing his PhD at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.  In his professional life he has been a dedicated educator, frequently honored by students, peers and alumni for the quality of his teaching and student advising.  Dr. Prasad’s primary research focus has been business ethics, inter-cultural management, and health systems administration.  As a researcher and scholar, he has contributed chapters to numerous books and published articles in notable journals such as Business and Politics, Governance, and The Journal of Business Ethics.  In 2014 he presented one of the first management studies at the International Symposium on Contemplative Studies in Boston, an inter-disciplinary conference attracting leading researchers from every field.   

Mitsu Frazier serves as Vice President of Operations for the Business College at Western Governors University, the nation’s first and largest nonprofit, competency-based university. Since April of 2008, Mitsu has led all faculty and operational functions with a personal passion for improving the lives of others through individual connection and mentoring. Under her leadership, WGU’s Business College has supported 40,000+ graduates across undergraduate and graduate programs and has grown from 8,000 students to 42,000+ students. 

Before coming to WGU, Mitsu worked with one of the world’s largest banks, HBSC North America, as an executive leader of consumer and financial lending- a sector dedicated to supporting the financial stability and long-term financial planning for individuals across the country. 

Mitsu lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona but calls Montana home. She attended the University of Montana and Montana State University-Northern and earned her degree in Business Administration. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
