Lance J. Richards, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR, HRMP is a work force futurist and global HR strategist.  Most recently, he was vice president of Innovation for Kelly Services. Based in Detroit, Lance is one of SHRM's top rated speakers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on workplace issues, having presented at HR conferences around the globe. He is co-author of the Amazon-published book Gen Now (which is available in the SHRM Bookstore). Lance brings almost 25 years of cross-border expertise, with companies like British Telecom, Verizon, Bell Canada and Kelly Services. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Sasin Business School in Bangkok, where he teaches a graduate course in Global Human Capital.

When Nicole Price began her first leadership assignment based on popular and conventional leadership wisdom, she initially found that she was not seeing successful results and, in fact, saw a drop in the level of accountability her team was projecting. Pretty quickly, she learned that there was a better way to achieve results through incorporating a philosophy similar to that of Cy Wakeman's Reality-Based LeadershipTM. She made a fundamental shift in her mindset to call her team to greatness through ditching the drama and finding success in spite of the circumstances and  facts that held them back. She has been living this idea and helping other leaders to gain similar insights ever since. It is no wonder why she and Cy became forces to be reckoned with when they started collaborating in 2011. Amy Hirsh Robinson, M.B.A., is Chief People Officer for King’s Hawaiian, a global producer of irresistible Hawaiian food. Amy was brought on to King’s Hawaiian to re-envision the employee experience and transform the People function from traditional HR to a strategic driver of business growth. During her time at the company she has worked to radically redefine the purpose, structure and activities of HR with significant results. Prior to her role as CPO, Amy ran a successful human capital consulting firm, The Interchange Group, helping executives and HR professionals retool and adapt their strategies to rapidly changing workforce expectations and business landscapes.

Joe Gerstandt brings greater clarity, action, and impact to organizational diversity and inclusion efforts.

Joe has worked with Fortune 100 corporations, small non-profits, and everything in between. He speaks at numerous conferences and summits, and blogs at joegerstandt.com. He is a featured contributor for the Workforce Diversity Network Expert Forum and his insights have been published in Diversity Executive, HR Executive, and numerous other print and on-line journals.

A strong advocate for resetting the diversity and inclusion conversation, Joe sees these issues as poorly understood and often misunderstood.

Shavonne Singleton is the Public Relations Specialist and has been with Peckham since 2008. Singleton assists with the coordination and management of internal and external communications, and works closely with the Human Resources team to devise strategies and plans on how to engage Peckham's diverse workforce. Singleton has a Master's Degree in Public Relations from Boston University. 

Colet Mitchell is the Lead Policy Analyst on the Employer Team in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP).  Colet is an educator and has worked for the Veteran’s Employment and Training Service, and the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development and Education, the U.S. House of Representatives, the Pentagon Education Center and the Rochester, New York School District. She holds a B.S. in History and M.S. in Education from the State University of New York.

Howard Ross is lifelong social justice advocate, and is considered one of the world’s seminal thought leaders on identifying and addressing unconscious bias.  Howard has delivered programs in 47 states and over 40 other countries to audiences including Fortune 500 companies, colleges and universities, and major institutions within healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors. He authored the Washington Post best seller, Everyday Bias:  Identifying and Navigating Unconscious Judgments in Our Daily Lives, ReInventing Diversity: Transforming Organizational Community to Strengthen People, Purpose and Performance. His latest  book, Our Search for Belonging: How the Need for Connection Is Tearing Our Culture Apart, published by Berrett-Koehler in 2018, received the Nautilus Gold Medal for Social Change and Social Justice. His next book, Building Belonging: 9 Pathways to Creating Inclusive and Joyful Organizational Communities, will be published in 2020.

Marlin D. Smith is a dynamic HR professional that is passionate about helping employees and companies find common ground for success.
