Dr. Edward E. Hubbard, President and CEO of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an International Business Performance Consulting Corp. specializing in Business Improvement, Diversity Return on Investment (DROI®) Measurement/Analytics, and organizational development.  Author of more than 59 DEI ROI and Business-related books, Dr. Hubbard is an expert in Organizational Analysis, ROI Measurement, Strategic Planning, and more. Sonia Sethi-Kohli, M.S., CCC-SLP is a 20 + year Communication Success Coach, Cultural-Linguistic Diversity Consultant, Educator, Author, and board-certified multilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who has served in a variety of settings/roles with extensive clinical and corporate experience. Ms. Sethi Kohli owns and operates The Global Speech Suite, a boutique firm providing customized coaching and consultation to individuals/organizations focusing on professional presentation skills/public speaking enhancement, leadership communication/executive presence coaching, cross-/inter-cultural communication & diversity consulting, and more, leveraging their proprietary ExecYOUtive™ development methodology. Tiffany Brown serves as the Certification Specialist for SHRM Affiliate Operations and is responsible for working with SHRM local chapters and state councils to develop and implement SHRM Certification initiatives.  Before joining the SHRM Certification department, Tiffany worked with the SHRM Member Relations team as a Member Engagement Associate supporting numerous affiliates across multiple regions in their efforts to achieve their respective membership goals. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland - College Park, SHRM-CP, and SHRM People Management Qualification (PMQ).

Eric Knott is a professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he teaches undergraduates and MBAs general management, leadership, human resources, and consulting.  He is the past president of the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Phoenix and past chairman of the board for the Arizona Small Business Association.  He has over 20 years of HR leadership experience prior to teaching, owns the consulting firm FinePoint HR, and has won awards for his teaching and his impact in the state's business community.
