Stephen Massey is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of the Health Action Alliance (HAA), a network of more than 9,000 employers committed to improving health and wellbeing in workplaces and communities across the country. Stephen is also CEO of Meteorite, a social impact firm that builds large-scale private sector coalitions to improve the health of our democracy and communities across the country. Over the past two decades, Stephen has conceived multiple Emmy and Peabody Award-winning campaigns on a wide range of social issues, and he has led impact coalitions with major foundations, employers, government agencies and media organizations in the United States and around the world.

A first-generation Cuban-American, Stephen served as a White House National Security Fellow in the Clinton Administration studied international development and economics at Georgetown, Columbia and Oxford Universities.

Amanta Mazumdar serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Hilton, a global hospitality company. In his role, he is responsible for designing and delivering programs that help team members thrive – at work and beyond. In 2023, Hilton made a significant effort in supporting those dealing with substance use disorders, and helping the leaders who work with them, focusing on providing tools and education while bolstering a culture that addresses the associated stigma. Prior to Hilton, Amanta was a consultant at McKinsey and Co for six years in Chicago and Washington, D.C.

Amanta holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, a Masters Degree in Management Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

She is the owner of Felice Carlton Enterprises LLC, a leadership development company specializing in burnout strategy and mindset development.
Her coaching, workshops, retreats, and trainings equip leaders to design a life that includes a balanced mind, body, and spirit. She possesses 15 years of combined nursing and nurse practitioner experience, with awards from the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. David S Cohen, Ed. D. has a vision: organizations that thrive by living their values in good times and especially VUCA times. David's first career was in elementary and high school education, where he built a reputation for building school communities based on purpose and social responsibility. Thirty-three years ago, David transitioned to corporate consulting. As a consultant, David earned a reputation as a contrarian consultant because he does not always follow what is popular in his chosen field. David works with leaders helping them understand what is and what is not necessary to build an active and positive organization. He helps leaders' step into life's challenges, inspiring them to create a sustained approach through a values-based focus, resulting in better business results. David has had the privilege of partnering with firms across five continents and all business sectors. Additionally, he has worked with governments, from the local to the federal levels, and not-for-profits.

He has taught at Queens University School of Labour Relations and the executive education program at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Currently, he teaches organizational development at Durham College. David earned his doctorate from Boston University in Humanistic and Behavioural Studies. During that time, he also completed independent studies at the Harvard School of Education, where he was a teaching assistant.

David is a keynote speaker, educator, disruptor, facilitator, team builder, and executive coach. He has authored two books and numerous articles in professional journals.
