Jen Butler has worked for over 35 years helping individuals uncover their stress triggers and ways to reduce their stress to live a more peaceful and joyous life. She is now the CEO and founder of Rest from Stress, an educational training company dedicated to helping organizations create a culture of stress management and resilience so every employee works to their greatest potential. 

With over 15 years of senior HR leadership in Fortune 500 companies, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified coach, Shayla N. Atkins is now the Founder and CEO of The Atkins IMPACT Consulting Firm. As an award-winning business and leadership strategist, an authority in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness, Shayla believes “Authenticity Is the New Leadership Currency”, as the key to unlocking human potential. Receiving the 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award presented by President Joseph R. Biden, and Shayla’s proven track record, has earned her invitations to speak on some of the largest stages across the country.

Dr. Christopher D. Lee is a retired HR executive having served as the CHRO for William & Mary, the Virginia Community College System, and Bates College. He is now a managing director with Storbeck Search. Chris has authored four books, including the SHRM-published Performance Conversations: How to Use Questions to Coach Employees, Improve Productivity, and Boost Confidence (Without Appraisals). He has consulted with over 100 clients in the US, Canada, Australia and South Africa on HR related topics. He is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corps Reserves.       

Hilary Blair, co-founder ARTiculate: Real&Clear, incorporates her professional voice over and performing techniques into a re-framing of executive presence and leadership communication. As a trainer, coach, facilitator and speaker, she sees beyond habits and extensively across the globe with businesses including: AWS, PwC, Maersk, ALCU, Centura Health, Liberty Global, and MD Anderson. Hilary is a CSP™, Certified Speaking Professional, and is certified in Conversational Intelligence™ (CIQ), and CultureTalk. She holds an MFA in acting from the National Theatre Conservatory and a BA from Yale University.

Jeff Faber is the Chief Strategy Officer for Hub International.  His role is to put better ideas in the heads of our consultants and customers. 

In his 20+ years of broad-based consulting, which ranged from pension actuarial work to executive compensation to HRIS and healthcare, he learned that the success of an employer’s benefits offering is unique to a workplace and deeply interconnected to culture, company branding and individual talent. 

He is responsible for the development and execution of cutting-edge tools, enabling cost-containment strategies with minimum friction, and deploying risk-reduction and employment-enhancing initiatives.  At Hub, he creates quality employee experiences.

Dr. Sherri Reese has over 20 years in human resources, investigations, and academia, evolving from regulatory roles in East Lansing to becoming the Director of Talent at Michigan State University and a professor at the University of Arkansas. Her career includes significant positions like Civil Rights Investigator, Human Resources Specialist, and Director of Talent, with a focus on policy compliance, career, and talent development. Sherri, who holds a PhD in Public Policy & Administration and Industrial & Organizational Psychology, is known for her expertise in contract negotiations, talent development, diversity, and executive coaching, aiming to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Ashley T. Brundage is the President and CEO of Empowering Differences. While seeking employment at PNC Bank in the United States, she identified openly during the interview process as a woman of transgender experiance and subsequently was hired after facing years of harassment, discrimination, and homelessness. These factors led her to start her second career as a means of survival while doing research on empowerment & differences. She took a role in the bank as a part time teller and then rose to national Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion in less than 5 years. She captured her research as a 4-Step process of empowerment to cultivate change in her new book and online leadership course. Ashley credits her success to those closest to her for providing actionable allyship including her 2 teenage sons, Bryce and Blake. She also volunteers her time serving numerous nonprofit organizations including serving as the vice chair for the national board of directors for GLAAD who works to accelerate acceptance across all forms of media for the LGBTQ+ community.

Since joining North Highland in 2014, Bombeck has led the firm in a variety of areas including digital and experience design, data and analytics, agile transformation, and North Highland’s revenue and growth strategy. He has also served as a member of North Highland’s board since 2018, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s board of directors since 2022.

Over the course of 15 years with Havas Worldwide, Bombeck served in several leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer – Marketing Services, President – Havas Digital, President – CRM & Analytics, and Chief Digital Officer.

In a client management capacity, Bombeck was previously Worldwide Account Director at IBM for 15 years, North American Digital Account Director at Intel for five years, and North American Digital Brand Director at multiple Diageo brands for seven years. He also oversaw the digital and direct marketing strategies of global brands such as BMW, Volvo, Charles Schwab, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Novartis, and Schering-Plough.

Bombeck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Vermont. He also completed the Executive Education Programs in Leadership Excellence and Accounting & Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bombeck is a certified scrum master and product owner, co-author of Getting from Zero to Digital, a multiple Effie Award Finalist, and in 2017
he was named a top 25 global consultants by Consulting Magazine.
