Joseph (“Joe”) Beachboard is a nationally recognized employment lawyer who also closely tracks the most important developments at the U.S. Supreme Court impacting the business community. He has more than 30 years of experience representing management in a wide variety of employment and labor matters in perhaps the most challenging state in the nation for employers – California.  Mr. Beachboard speaks regularly before human resource and employer groups on cutting edge employment law topics.  He is a member of SHRM and has been an annual presenter at both the SHRM Annual Conference and the Employment Law and Compliance Conference for two decades.  Mr. Beachboard is frequently quoted in such leading publications as HR Magazine, National Law Journal, Los Angeles Times, NY Times, HR Executive and Workforce, and has been published in dozens of legal and business journals. Throughout his career in Los Angeles, Mr. Beachboard has represented dozens of studios and entertainment properties.  He cites his most interesting project as working with the cast and crew of the television show The Office, from its pilot through the final season.

Fred Burton is one of the world’s foremost authorities on protective intelligence, security, and counterterrorism. As executive director of the Ontic Center for Protective Intelligence, he spearheads strategic consulting to physical security leaders at major corporations, advising how to optimize their security programs, streamline protective intelligence initiatives, and keep their people safe. Burton previously served as Chief Security Officer at Stratfor, was a former police officer, special agent with the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), and New York Times best-selling author.

Bonnie Levine’s practice focuses on Diversity & Inclusion and respectful-workplace initiatives from a global perspective.  Utilizing her background and credentials in linguistics, diversity & inclusion management, and workplace investigations, Bonnie designs and executes upon multinational clients’ strategies for improving diversity and inclusion, training employees, and investigating policy violations, identifying and remedying latent office-culture problems between headquarters and subsidiaries abroad, or within particular subsidiaries.  As lead of Ogletree’s Asia-Pacific regional team, Bonnie has extensive experience conducting trainings for, and investigations into conduct occurring in, locations such as Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Korea.

Andrea Herron is a seasoned HR Executive, author of "There's an Elephant in Your Office," and host of the HR Scoop podcast. She is a passionate advocate for addressing mental health in the workplace, bolstering diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and tenaciously strives to implement values driven leadership and a healthy sense of humor in every workplace.  

Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She also holds multiple certifications in Human Resources Management and is an accredited Fierce Conversation and Personalysis Facilitator, and a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two kids, and French Bulldog Norman.

Lester S. Rosen is an attorney and Founder  of Employment Screening Resources (ESR) a service offering of ClearStar.   He is the author of, “The Safe Hiring Manual,”  (3d Edition 2017), the first comprehensive book on employment screening.  He is also a consultant, writer, expert witness and frequent presenter nationwide on safe hiring and due diligence.  He is both a former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.  Mr. Rosen was the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and served as the first co-chairman in 2004. He  received the  PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.

Tamra is a recognized thought leader, author, and speaker and currently leads EY’s Talent Management practice for the Americas.  She brings more than thirty years of experience partnering with organizations to drive strategic agendas with humans at the center. Prior to EY, Tamra was the founder and CEO of PeopleFirm LLC and Consulting Magazine recognized her as one of the country’s “Top 25 Consultants” in both 2007 and 2014. She is the author of How Performance Management is Killing Performance – and What to Do About It, and Feedback (and Other Dirty Words): Why We Fear It, How to Fix It.   

Tamarah D. Ivy-Brownlee serves as Regional Vice President, Human Resources for the Indianapolis Suburban Region (ISR) within Indiana University Health (IUH). Her IU Health accomplishments include efforts to improve team member engagement, organizational efficiency, and cultural experiences.

Ms. Brownlee spent the last 20+ years in HR leadership across various industries, curating her passion for healthy cultures and organizational change.

Tamarah lives in Noblesville with her husband, Albert Brownlee, and is the mother of four children. In her spare time, Brownlee is busy as a third-year Ph.D. student in Organizational Leadership and enjoys public speaking, traveling, theatre/acting, cooking, nature, and writing.
