Deb Keller is President & Chief Compliance Officer of Victig Background Checks, a nationally accredited background screening firm. She’s a national authority on background screening, regulatory compliance, the FCRA, the use of criminal records in employment and the EEOC Guidance.

She’s spoken at six Annual SHRM Conferences, recently completing consecutive sessions at SHRM21, SHRM22 and now SHRM23 as well as 35+ State SHRM and Employment Law Conferences.  

Deb has been quoted in SHRM magazine and the 2020 Complete Guide to Human Resources & the Law. Deb holds the PBSA Advanced Certification, designating advanced expertise in the FCRA and background screening.

Buddy Bush is an inspirational facilitator and keynote speaker who is dedicated to enhancing the work of individual contributors and inspiring better team dynamics. Alden Mills is the bestselling author of Be Unstoppable and Unstoppable Teams and a keynote speaker. His acronym for successful leadership practices, C.A.R.E, is described in Unstoppable Teams. Alden has experience leading dynamic teams as a nationally recognized rower and three-time Navy SEAL platoon commander. Tina Marie Wohlfield is the founder and Chief People Strategist at TIMAWO (pronounced tee-ma-woe). She is a passionate champion of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Management with over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources profession. 

Tina Marie is an active member of the HR community and dedicated advocate for advancing the HR profession through collaboration, partnerships and mentorship. Theresa Hummel-Krallinger is an Emmy Award-winning comedian, a well-respected senior training professional and performance consultant.  She is a frequently requested speaker on topics of leadership, career management, organizational culture and workplace communications. 

Theresa is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and is the past president for a local Toastmasters club.  For 17 years she served on the non-credit faculty at Temple University.  She has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and international conferences.  She won an Emmy in 2019 for her work on the PBS talk show, “Counter Culture.”

SHRM member Scott Oswald is an accomplished trial lawyer who has brought more than 40 trials to verdict, tallying more than $300 million in judgments and settlements. Louis R.
