Jenn Lim is the CEO and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of Delivering Happiness (DH), a company she and Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos.com) co-founded to inspire science-based happiness, passion and purpose at work, home and in everyday life.

Jenn has been a consultant with Zappos from its start-up days in 2003 to the several billion-dollar business it is today. She created the Zappos Culture Book, an embodiment of how companies can use happiness as a business model to increase productivity and profitability.

In 2010, Jenn led the launch and management of Tony’s first book (Delivering Happiness) which sold over 800,000 copies internationally and hit #1 on numerous bestsellers list (including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today). It was voted one of the best business books by NPR, Inc. Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, remained on the New York Times list for 27 weeks and has been published in 20 languages around the world. 

Jenn’s experience with Zappos, combined with her development of scientific frameworks for workplace happiness, created the evidence that happier employees = happier customers = successful companies (and meaningful lives).

Jenn has traveled around the world to speak on this equation and most importantly, share the practical ways of HOW this equation works.

Rebel hospitality entrepreneur and New York Times bestselling author, Chip Conley is a leader at the forefront of the sharing economy. At age 26 he founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality (JdV), transforming one inner-city motel into the second largest boutique hotel brand in America. After running his company as CEO for 24 years, he sold it and soon the young founders of Airbnb asked him to help transform their promising start-up into the world’s leading hospitality brand. Chip served as Airbnb’s Head of Global Hospitality and Strategy for four years and today acts as the company’s Strategic Advisor for Hospitality and Leadership. 

Chip’s five books include PEAK and EMOTIONAL EQUATIONS and are inspired by the theories of transformation and meaning by famed psychologists Abraham Maslow and Viktor Frankl. Chip is the founder of Fest300 (part of Everfest), San Francisco’s annual Celebrity Pool Toss that has raised millions for families in the neighborhood where he opened his first hotel, and the Hotel Hero Awards that shine a light on outstanding line level employees. Tim Kenyon is the director of recruiting at NASCAR, responsible for attracting and sourcing winning talent. Tim provides leadership and strategic direction for the recruiting team, overseeing and supporting all recruiting activities from job posting to offers. He also leads the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategies, and is responsible for building and evangelizing NASCAR’s employment brand.

Prior to joining NASCAR, Tim served as a recruiting manager at Wells Fargo for six years, where he led a team of recruiters supporting senior level roles with an emphasis on mobile and internet product management, risk and compliance and small business strategy and development.

Richard Bronson is the Founder and CEO of 70 Million Jobs, the first national, for profit employment platform for people with criminal records. The Y Combinator company’s job board matches a community of one million plus+ active job seekers with some of the nation’s largest employers.

His career began on Wall Street, where he was a partner in the infamous Wolf of Wall Street firm, before launching his own 500-person, $100 million business. Some of the company’s actions were outside the law, and he was punished with a two-year prison sentence. When he was released, he served as Director of the prominent reentry non-profit, Defy Ventures.

Mutrie, an award-winning, 20-year industry veteran, brings powerhouse engagement and digital strategies to the benefits world. Mutrie is highly experienced in creating benefit solution built for the new workforce and leads the marketing team in web development, SEO, SEM, social media, public relations, video production, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.

Dr. Brower is a sociologist and Principal with the Applied Research team of Steelcase. She is the author of Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work: A Guide for Leaders and Organizations. She has over 25 years of experience working with global clients, as well as healthcare and education clients. She specializes in human and social systems, organizational culture/effectiveness, and the changing nature of work. Dr. Brower is an executive advisor to Coda Societies, to the MSU Mathematics Master’s Program, and a board member for the FM Research & Benchmarking Institute. Joe Whittinghill is the CVP of Talent, Learning, and Insights for Microsoft. Joe leads a team responsible for activating culture and learning, building world-class leaders, and enabling the workforce of the future for Microsoft.  Joe has deep expertise in organizational and executive development, the neuroscience of leadership, and is one of the creators of Microsoft’s Leadership Principles at the core of the company’s cultural transformation.

Prior to this role, Joe was the Managing Director/General Manager of the Merger & Acquisitions Venture Integration group.  During his six years leading the group, he built a practice that facilitated the closure and integration of more than 130 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures representing $31B+ in consideration and adding over 34,000 new employees worldwide to Microsoft.           

He joined Microsoft in 1999 and has held various leadership roles responsible for the development of leaders, organizations and learning, as well as Finance.  His previous work in learning led to the design and building of what is now known as the Microsoft Learning Center in Redmond, WA.  Joe serves on a number of non-profit boards, is the past-chairman of the University of Montana Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a guest lecturer at universities on the topics of M&A, culture and leadership, and organization development.  His personal interests include fly-fishing, camping and anything Montana.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and his M.S.O.D. from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.
