David Lewis is the founder, president, and CEO of OperationsInc, one of the nation’s largest human resources consulting firms. OperationsInc has grown steadily since its inception in 2001, and now engages a team of over 90 professionals providing HR, Payroll, Training, and Recruiting support to a base of over 1,600 clients. David is leveraging a 30-plus year career in human resources and operational management for leading firms including Merck/Medco and Computer Associates. He serves as an on-air subject matter expert in the areas of human resources, workplace management, and small business issues for MSNBC, FOX, CBS Radio and NPR, and regularly appears in national publications like The New York Times, Inc., and The Wall Street Journal.

Richard joins Kedge as Head of Organizational Transformation after a 38-year career with the Walt Disney Company. In his most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources, leading Communications and Collaboration for Walt Disney International, he was responsible for a Global Futures Team engaged in Strategic Foresight work across 45 countries. Throughout this effort, Richard partnered with Kedge to form, train and sustain 12 Futures Teams, locally-led by a business leader, and populated with a cross-functional team of passionate and engaged Futurists. While he has broad Human Resources expertise, he has been deeply involved in organizational design, change and culture transformation.

Ms. Serely Alcaraz has been in the human resource and organization development profession for 25 years. She is the Executive Director of ITD World Philippines and previously worked as the Manager for Marketing and Instruction at Dale Carnegie Training and Associate Consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI). She is a master trainer of Thomas Crane’s The Heart of Coaching, certified facilitator of John Maxwell and Jack Canfield programs, DDI and Dale Carnegie Courses. She has developed over 100,000 leaders globally in the areas of coaching and mentoring, creativity and innovation, talent development and engagement, among others. She was the 2006 President of the Philippine Society for Training and Development and 2015-2016 President of ARTDO International.

Constantine (Dino) - entrepreneur, public speaker, author - founder of StudySmart & International Curriculum Development Expert consultant for PwC. He is a world-class inspirational professional who has delivered over 15,000 hours of professional qualifications and corporate training in the past 20 years in over 40 countries globally. Dino has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s Mini MBA programme being offered globally by PwC Academies. ACCA has named him in 2017 as a ‘tutor guru’ to help in rolling out its Strategic Business Leader (SBL) exam and has licensed his innovative interactive flowchart as a resource for candidates.
