Christine is Vice President, Human Resources for SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment in Orlando, which includes SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Discovery Cove.   

Christine’s Human Resources career began in cosmetics and retail.  Immediately committed to helping drive professionalization of the Human Resources field at the time, she rapidly attained her PHR and SPHR certifications.  

In 1999, Christine joined Anheuser-Busch, previously the parent company of SeaWorld.  As part of Anheuser-Busch, Christine held positions of Human Resources and Labor Relations leadership in three domestic breweries as well as the corporate offices. 

Very active in the community, Christine serves as President of the Board of Directors for Canine Companions for Independenc- Southeast Region, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Animal Alliance of Greater Orlando and sits on the Orange County Tourism Development Council. 

Additionally, Christine enjoys riding horses, running and taking advantage of all the arts, entertainment and fine dining Orlando has to offer.

He is former Dean of Research at Thunderbird School of Global Management and is currently the Garvin Distinguished Professor and Founding Director of the Najafi Global Mindset Institute.

Mansour is the Past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the worldrenowned research project on executive performance and leadership, titled GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness). As the primary editor and writer of the recently published GLOBE book, he is the co-principal investigator of the GLOBE Phase 3 research program. The book was the recent winner of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s (SIOP) award competition for “The M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in The Workplace.”

Terri is a graduate of Southeastern University, with graduate coursework in business administration from Howard University and Harvard University and specialized training in business process re-engineering and service quality management from the Disney Institute and Stanford University. Gregg is a 25 year veteran of the adidas Group.  The global organization of the company consists of 12 markets, doing business in over 190 countries through subsidiaries and joint ventures.  They have 46,000 employees worldwide, and approximately 70% of these employees are in the Commercial segment of the company.  

Gregg is a Global HR Professional with HR leadership experience on three continents, having lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia.  Currently, he is Sr. Vice President of Human Resources – Commercial, based at Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.  He leads a global department that provides comprehensive HR Business Partner Support to the adidas and Reebok Brands, plus the three (3) global Sales Channels - Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce - supporting the full range of employees from CSO’s and CMO’s to Retail Shop Staff. 

Gregg joined the adidas Group in the United States in 1988 as Manager of Distribution and Logistics.  In 1990, he became Director of Human Resources for adidas America and held this role until his move to the HQ in 1998. 

Prior to adidas, Gregg held Human Resources and Operations Management roles with a US-based Textile manufacturing company. 

Gregg is a 1979 graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  He holds a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a frequent speaker on Leadership, Motivation, Employee Engagement and other HR-related topics.

Elizabeth B. Bradley has over fifteen years of experience representing employers and federal contractors in litigation and mediation matters before state and federal agencies and courts, as well as counseling and training private, public, and non-profit employers in all aspects of employment law.

In addition, Ms. Bradley has extensive knowledge and experience in counseling federal contractors in matters relating to OFCCP. She has represented U.S. corporations in successfully defending against OFCCP’s review of the contractor’s utilization rates and compensation practices. Ms. Bradley also has experience in advising employers on wage and hour compliance under federal and state laws; litigating discrimination and retaliation claims advanced under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and comparable state and local statutes; conducting internal investigations involving discrimination complaints; performing wage and hour compliance reviews; and drafting and negotiating employment agreements including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.

Ms. Bradley has a broad-based practice counseling and representing employers on compliance with federal and state workplace laws and regulations and designing and implementing sound employment practices and policies. Ms. Bradley has broad experience in conducting effective investigations of workplace claims and grievances, including misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, harassment and other claims employers typically face. She has been called upon by clients to conduct corporate internal investigations on sensitive employment matters, including allegations of serious misconduct and sexual harassment charges involving executive personnel. In addition to conducting workplace investigations, Ms. Bradley provides guidance and legal advice to clients handling their investigations in-house. Ms. Bradley has drafted investigation policies and procedures, and sexual harassment and other EEO policies for employers and has counseled employers about their responsibilities under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and other EEO laws.

Prior to joining FortneyScott, Ms. Bradley represented and counseled employers in labor and employment law matters in private practice. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She authored a chapter on negotiating in The Communication Coach, a book on business and personal communications and has written or been interviewed for articles on litigation and negotiation in publications such as Your Money, Nation’s Business, Chicago Life, Investment Dealer’s Digest, Time Magazine, The Washington Post, Working Woman and The Chicago Tribune.

Ms. Bellows is a leader in the legal community on the local and national levels. Laurel Bellows is Immediate Past President of the American Bar Association, 2013-2014. She is immediate past Chair of the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates, the ABA’s policy-making body; the second-highest elected office in the ABA. She is past President of the 22,000-member Chicago Bar Association and the National Council of Bar Presidents. American Lawyer Magazine selected Ms. Bellows as one of seven women nationally who contributed most to the advancement of women in the legal profession, Chicago Magazine designated her as a Power Lawyer and Crain’s Chicago Business named her in the Who’s Who in Chicago Business List and as one of Chicago’s 100 Women of Influence. In addition, Ms. Bellows has served on the Standing Civil Reform Act Advisory Committee of the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Illinois Supreme Court Special Commission on the Administration of Justice and the U. S. Senate Judicial Nominations Commission for the Northern District of Illinois.
