This session will provide you with practical ideas for managing and motivating your volunteers. 

Attracting and cultivating member volunteers is critical to your chapter and state council’s success. The secret to doing that is creating an exceptional volunteer experience. Hoffman will lead you in discovering how to do just that as we explore a few strategies and some practical tips and tools. By attending you will:

  • Hear about what’s changed about volunteering and what you can do to leverage that for success;
  • Explore how to attract younger and time strapped professionals to volunteering;
  • Explore four steps to creating an open, welcoming environment;
  • Hear tips on managing volunteers to assure they are accountable and results-oriented.
