Keter is one of the world’s largest multi-segment plastics export companies in the world. Established in 1948, Keter is headquartered in Israel with 1,500 employees (4,000 worldwide) and operates in 90 countries. Robinson will share how HR transformed its role in an international, privately-owned firm and became the steward of the company’s organization and culture by changing its structure, communications, technology, and interfaced with strategic business units and in the process demonstrated the value of – and need for – HR.
