1.25 HR Credit | Competencies: Relationship Management | Intended Audience: Mid-Level
Workplace Application:
This session will help you understand the complexities of immigration compliance.

Immigration is one of the most misunderstood of the HR processes yet the consequences of getting it wrong are high. This session will explore ways in which immigration fits into the broader HR picture, and how the relationships between all those involved in the immigration process – HR, legal, hiring managers, recruiters and others – can be strengthened. This session will also define “immigration compliance” and help you keep your organization in compliance.
