Workplace application: The Accounting Treasure Hunt will provide you with the information you need to communicate effectively with your CFO, Controller, and other financial professionals in your organization.

Many HR Professionals find that they need a better understanding of basic finance and accounting, or perhaps just a refresher. In this workshop you will learn about the information contained in the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows, and you will perform basic financial analysis and breakeven analysis. You will also learn about revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, stock options, and many other financial concepts that baffle many non-financial professionals. If you want to be able to communicate effectively with your CFO, Controller, and other financial professionals in your organization, and if you want to better understand the financial consequences of your responsibilities as an HR Professional, this workshop is for you!
