Engaged volunteer members are critical to your chapter and state council’s success. Randy Pennington will share practical ideas for managing and motivating volunteers to ensure success with your organization’s as well as with your chapter/state council’s 2015 goals. You will learn:
- The secret to getting and keeping volunteers involved;
- The role of the volunteer leader;
- Identifying team member styles;
- Running effective meetings and helping your team reach consensus; and
- How to hold volunteers accountable for results.
