One of the challenges that all volunteer leaders face is how to engage your volunteers to get them to commit their time and attention to their volunteer role. This session gives you the opportunity to share your successes and challenges with fellow volunteer leaders in a roundtable format to discuss the following topics: Recruting New Volunteers, Onboarding and Training Volunteers, Engaging Current Volunteers, and Making Volunteering Fun.
