Workplace Application:
You will learn how to use a story-based typing system to improve individual recruiting and boost retention with increased team effectiveness.
Narratives patterns define what goes on within and around us. The characters (story types) offer profound clues about who we are, what we believe and how we'll behave. This session will introduce you to a powerful typing tool based on the 12 Archetype System of Carol S. Pearson, Ph.D. You will learn how to identify individual motivation and strengths to improve team effectiveness and match a job applicant's story with the organization's culture and corporate narrative. This session will show you:
· How a person's story type reveals alignment with corporate culture.
· What story types are the best fit in team environments.
· How to use story typing to identify and leverage individual and group strengths.
· How to improve your recruiting using story telling.
