You may be familiar with the adage “all politics is local.” Yet, increasingly, all politics is global! During this session, a panel of business leaders representing global brands will examine the international reach of people management issues impacting work, workers and the workplace and discuss HR challenges associated with SHRM’s key advocacy areas: workforce development, workplace flexibility and leave, workplace immigration, and workplace equity. 

You’ll hear:

• How issues first discussed at international meetings, like human trafficking in supply chains, end up on the agendas of Congress and state legislatures.
