Take the California Challenge! Human Resource professionals need to know the new laws and cases that impact the workplace but also should learn how to handle some of the more advanced workplace hurdles in California. This session reviews some significant workplace issues in leave management and wage and hour pay. It also presents some specific scenarios and works through the workplace hurdles presented in each scenario.
