Learn how to navigate the challenging demands of pay equity laws around the world.  This session covers the difference between “pay equity” and “equal pay for equal work.”  Comparisons will be made between the litigation-based North American model and the reporting-based European model by using specific examples from the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Australia, Japan and China.
