I-9 enforcement is the most visible activity in an increasingly volatile immigration environment.
Employers across the U.S. have witnessed a significant increase in Form I-9 enforcement. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has dramatically increased the number of worksite investigations and I-9 audits by 300 to 750 percent, while emphasizing that all employers (regardless of size or industry) must take their I-9 responsibilities seriously. This session provides the latest I-9 news and updates, while exploring ICE's overall worksite policy initiatives for 2020 and beyond.
