The pandemic has reshaped the workplace as we know it, but California went even further. California has made significant changes to workplace law, presenting new hurdles for employers. This session will focus on preparing employers of all sizes to face the California revolution in workplace law. Our speaker will also address key trends in workplace law litigation—and what is happening on the front lines.
