Concurrent Session
The Future of Engagement Analytics Won’t Come from Surveys
W317-319
In-Person Saturday 09/11/2021 04:00 PM - 05:00 PM   Add to calendar
Competencies: Business (Behavioral), Organization (Technical), People (Technical)
Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn about a unique perspective on how to build capability when it comes to amalgamating and analyzing data.

Our speakers are driving internal culture change initiatives and want to understand which employees are most engaged in their respective company’s programs. Instead of looking at many isolated data points, they brought together data from their HR information systems, development experiences and event attendance records to uncover their most engaged champions. Both speakers also split the data across departments, functions and geography to see where to focus. In this session, our speakers will walk participants through their change goals, how they brought together the data, the amazing insights they’re gaining, and what you can do in your organization to also unlock these insights and drive meaningful change.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to drive your own change initiative inside your company, knowing exactly what should be part of your change mission and objectives.
  • Glean more insights about the success you’re having thanks to the ability to bring data together from multiple sources to see how the change is taking hold in different places in the organization.
  • Assemble your top changemakers for recognition and strategy sessions because you’ll finally know who they are.
  • Look great for your business partners and top management by giving them custom summaries of engagement in their parts of the business.
