An Apprenticeship for HR
TBD

Are you looking to provide members with a talent development tool that can be an integral part of a DE&I strategy, delivers a positive ROI and contributes to improved retention and higher productivity? Join this session to learn more about the SHRM Foundation’s HR-Registered Apprenticeship Program – the HR RAP. The first US Department of Labor recognized national HR apprenticeship program, it is powered by the skills and competencies required to earn the SHRM-CP. It is designed to develop untapped talent and upskill incumbent workers for the HR Specialist role through a "learn and earn" experience. Learn how this on-the-job training paired with classroom learning leads gives employers the chance to train the workers they need to be ready to take on the challenges of 21ST Century HR. Also, explore how chapters and councils can support those in the program and help promote greater use of this powerful tool.
