Change is good! And, in the testing industry, periodic change is common and needed to keep the testing program at peak performance, reliability and validity. The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification program is no different. This session will introduce and review changes that are coming in January 2022 based on an updated Body of Competency and Knowledge as well as three research studies SHRM completed about the test itself. With the universal practice analysis now complete, the SHRM BoCK, the test framework, the SHRM Learning System—and everything else that is derived from the practice analysis will be updated! The speaker will also discuss modifications and updates to the Recertification and Eligibility Requirements—including expanding the definition of Advance Your Organization to include Chapters and State Councils as organizations for which SHRM-Certified pros can complete work projects and earn Professional Development credits. The session will conclude with a Q&A session.
