Uplifting Women During The Pandemic
TBD
  • Let's face it, American women have been unfairly impacted by both financial losses and lack of advancement during the COVID-19 pandemic. Women are more likely than men to take time off from work to care for children whose schools are closed or elderly parents and family members who remain at risk. The impact of COVID is even heavier for women of color, who are subjected to racial inequities on top of the discrimination they face as women. In this final Together Forward conversation, we will focus on how we, as HR professionals and business leaders, can uplift women both during and following this global pandemic.
