Sessions
In this session, you will hear personal stories from a diverse group of LGBTQ+ voices sharing intersectional experiences which will spark reflections through both heart and mind. The session will take you through the Four Lenses of Representation - People, Culture, Customers, Community - outlining steps you can take to demonstrate your commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion throughout your organization.
Learning Objectives:
- Expanded understanding of the LGBTQ+ community.
- Enhanced awareness of the role intersectionality plays in each person's lived experiences.
- The ability to use an organizational framework of representation that puts the 'human' first.
- Steps to ignite conversation and evolve your commitment to diversity and inclusion.
