A good leader knows when to pass on some opportunities or run with others, which is a decision that often needs to be made quickly and requires the backing of your team to hit organizational goals. Part of what makes a great leader is the willingness to acquire new skills and reinvent themselves.
Tim Tebow has reinvented himself from starting out at as a pro athlete on the Denver Broncos football team to playing on the New York Mets baseball team. Part of Tebow’s success has been his ability to work within a diverse talent pool and quickly upskilling as he transitioned to new teams and positions. In 2010, he established the Tim Tebow Foundation where one branch, Night to Shine, helps spark joy and honors those who are differently abled.
Happening on the main stage, Tebow will discuss some of the factors that impede or cultivate motivation in the workplace and how HR leaders can energize their team and create a healthy and inclusive work environment filled with productive workers.
