Part education and part gamification, you’ll be immersed in a synthesis of learning styles that feature humor, gameplay and multimedia. Get ready to get up and get moving, participate in meaningful discussions, learn how to level-up your career through self-care, how business success correlates with holistic health, and leave primed to foster a whole new paradigm of well-being in your high tech workplace, and at home.

· Gain a better understanding of the correlation between mental health and business outcomes. 

· Describe successful tactics to staying healthy both physically and mentally in today’s screen-dominated workplaces.
