Strategies for managing a multi-generational workforce

There’s a monumental shift in the talent landscape occurring. By 2025, millennials and Gen-Z will make up 64% of the global workforce. Gen-Z, the most racially diverse generation in U.S. history, values diversity, flexibility, fair wages, and happiness and wellbeing, and if an organization doesn’t share their values, the majority won’t apply to begin with, and those already employed have no problem leaving to find one that does. It will be a challenge for employers to attract and retain early career employees—especially underrepresented ones, and it is critical that companies implement cultural changes that will help foster and develop this next generation of talent. But it’s also important to balance this with their current workforce and equip people leaders with the skills necessary to manage a multi-generational team. How prepared are you and your organization to face what’s ahead? Join Seramount’s DEI and Talent expert to explore the benefits of an inclusive talent strategy.
