The expectations for all leaders are changing - and HR needs to align our careers to make certain we are not overlooked.  Planning for the future needs of human capital is a key component to setting yourself apart as a HR executive.  But what does leadership look like in 2023 and beyond?  Through the lens of managing your human capital, we'll evaluate the strategic initiatives and executive interactions you must embrace to be successful.  Understand how to identify the opportunities in your business that will elevate you and create a spotlight on your success. We'll discuss what to look for in a strategic plan, and how to craft discussions to ensure you are headed in the same direction as leadership are considered top talent.  Finally, we conclude with action items that will insure you can incorporate changes into the organization and impact a shift that will drive results.
