For those looking to expand beyond diversity and inclusion to centering and operationalizing equity, this session gives you guidance on the first steps and insights into developing a course of action using Erica's C.A.R.E framework and information about trainers, experts, courses and resources to help support you in this journey.

- Discuss sample policy review tool.
