Breakfast for the day: Seasonal Fruit & Berries Individual Yogurts (Greek & Low Fat) with Dried Blueberries, Fruit Preserves, Toasted Pecans, Sunflower Seeds, & Local Honey; Chef’s Selection of Breakfast Pastries; Scrambled Eggs; Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, & Golden Raisins; Linguica Sausage & Chicken Apple Sausage; Fried Yukon’s with Smoked Paprika, Cilantro, & Caramelized Onions; Orange, Grapefruit, and Cranberry Juice, Coffee and Tea Service.
Attendees who cannot eat from the buffet and have already noted a dietary restriction through the registration process can see a banquets team member during breakfast service to receive their meal.
