Join us as we take you through the step-by-step process of making chocolate truffles that are sure to impress.
Ingredients & supplies to follow along
- Microwave safe bowls
- Freezer tray
- Piping bag
- Wax paper
- Pair of scissors
- Measuring cup
- Spoon & fork
- Freezer
- Base chocolate (can be white, milk or dark depending on what ganache you want to make)
- Dark chocolate wafers - tempered
- Colored chocolate wafers - you can choose the color
- Raspberry preserves, matcha powder or another flavor that you prefer using preserves or oils
- Heavy cream, oat milk or full fat coconut milk
- Optional toppings (feel free to add your own):
- Sprinkles
- Coconut flakes
- Salt
- Rose petals
- Chopped nuts
