Using a tailored DEI Diagnostic methodology, we've partnered with global clients to conduct end-to-end reviews of their talent acquisition operations and procedures to optimize inclusion and increase hiring of talent from underrepresented populations. Learn the common obstacles and opportunities we've identified to mitigate bias and reach DEI recruitment goals from sourcing and attraction through interviewing and assessing, to offering and onblarding talent.
Learning Objectives:
- Put the spotlight on KPIs and measures to increase representation of talent from diverse and underrepresented communities.
- Learn internal communication principles to gain organizational buy-in -- from senior leadership to hiring managers.
- Make opportunities to hiring attractive, fair and transparent for all candidates.
- Include ERGs as amplifiers of diversity recruitment efforts -- from recruitment ambassadors through participation on recruitment panels.
