• Direct Engagement with Members of Congress:  Receiving the latest insights directly from congressional leaders who are championing meaningful legislation on issues like paid-leave and skills-based hiring.
• Regional and State Advocacy Visits: Participate in unique advocacy visits, organized by geographical region and/or state. You and your peers will have the opportunity to interface with members of Congress and amplify SHRM’s policy priorities.
• Network With Peers & Policy Leaders:  Create valuable connections by networking with fellow SHRM volunteer leaders, HR professionals, esteemed business leaders, and policy advocates who share your commitment to elevate the voice of HR.
