This engaging session will address these and other critical issues related to employment retaliation, delving into the nuances of retaliation, revealing the latest case law guidance and courtroom insights that expose the risks organizations face today. In today’s workplace landscape, employment retaliation is a pressing concern that impacts not only organizational culture and trust, but employee retention as well. Focusing on audience engagement through live polling and discussion, this session creates a dynamic environment where participant concerns are addressed in real-time via multiple avenues.
